What age and ability level is Strength Training for Judo catered for?

Anybody of any age, gender and ability level can start on the Strength Training for Judo training regimes. This is due to the fact that each program is written specifically for Judo- and because we are all Judokas, everyone will benefit.

Included are beginner, intermediate and advanced strength programs. Whether you have been doing Judo for 10 days or 10 years Strength training for Judo is perfect for you. Therefore you are not only going increase your overall strength, power, co-ordination and flexibilty but also assist in improving your Judo.

We do recommend however, that you check with your doctor and have a full physical examination prior to starting a new exercise regimen.
