How long does each weights session go for?

This all depends on the type of strength program you are on as well as how much you talk at the gym. Most people have busy lives and need to be in and out of the gym as quick as possible. I understand that you don’t want to spend 2 hours in the gym so I have designed each program to take around 45-60 minutes (that includes your warm up and cool down).

Although for those who are extremely short of time I have included a number of short programs sessions that will target everything you need in exactly 30 minutes!
