Do the workouts mainly use machines, bodyweight exercises, dumbbells or barbells?

You may have heard that dumbbells are the only way to build strength or that bodyweight exercises are for 'toning' and not for getting strong. I come from the view that everything has its place - some more than others. For example a builder doesn't have 1 tool in his tool box. A builder has many different tools to do different jobs. It is the same with dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells and indian clubs. They are simply tools in your tool box.
