Frequently asked questions

Is it good to keep a journal?

Keeping a training journal is great for following your progress and seeing if you are making gains, learning more and implementing various aspects into your Judo game. For example I have three different journals:

- A strength Training Journal ( for the gym)

- A Judo Training Journal (for techniques I learn at Judo)

- A food journal (too see if what I am eating will actually better my performance and help me make weight

By having various journals you can become professional in almost everything you do.

One of my favourite tennis players, lleyton hewitt once said "In order to become professional you must first act professional and in doing so you WILL BECOME professional." By keeping a journal you will have all apspects of your training covered, and in doing so you will become a better Judoka.
